Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Bartender for events at Raymond James Stadium. In this role, you will greet guests, prepare and serve beverages, and maintain a clean workspace. You’ll need to ensure compliance with all alcohol service guidelines and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience and must be available for evenings, weekends, and major events. This exciting role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job description

Raymond James Stadium Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and several other major events. The partnership includes overseeing the food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events, and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming manner
• Request ID if guest appears to be under 40
• Take beverage orders
• Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
• Follow venue specific policies and procedures regarding the service of alcohol in a safe manner
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
• Enter all sales into the POS system, using the accurate buttons to track all item sales
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
• Complete all set‑up and breakdown of assigned bar; assignments may be provided by your bar lead
• Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers
• Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event
• Follow Legends’ Uniform and Grooming guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events such as concerts and dirt events
• Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail, time management, organizational and collaboration skills
• Must have excellent knowledge of beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Previous bartending experience in a high‑end restaurant or club environment
• Must have successfully completed food safety and TEAM (alcohol service) certifications
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and in collaboration with others
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job‑specific safety training
• Command of the English language both written and verbal; multilingual an advantage

Mental & Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, carry, reach, squat, push and pull; all up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk up to 12 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, elevators and guests
• Perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods of time
• Outdoor venues are indicative of heat and humidity based on weather conditions
• Work environment may be within extreme temperatures
• Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus and complete tasks independently
• Make timely decisions in the context of workflow and operation efficiencies
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced, team orientated setting, with a focus on attention to details
