Concessions Bartender - Part-Time - Allegiant Stadium

Join us for the Concessions Bartender - Part-Time - Allegiant Stadium role at Oak View Group.

This position offers a pay range of $13.86/hr, with actual pay based on skills and experience. Benefits are provided per the union agreement. The role is tip-eligible and remains open until August 15, 2025.

Position Overview

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for serving all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be personable, professional, and maintain excellent attendance, with availability to work scheduled events.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, interact professionally with co-workers, and adhere to uniform standards.
• Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to deliver service accordingly.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all legal procedures and regulations.
• Learn about various beer, wine, and spirits to upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly, check IDs for minimum age compliance, and communicate cut-off points as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns, de-escalate intoxicated situations, and contact management or security when necessary.
• Handle cash accurately and manage the issued bank responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is well-maintained.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area and organization of supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of bartending experience.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Bartending school certification preferred.
• Valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness, and ability to obtain a non-gaming work card (Sheriff's Card).
• Union Pour Card required.
