Position Summary

The Premium Barback is responsible for supporting the premium clubs or suites bartender by restocking products to ensure the bartenders stay fully stocked during events, while ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. This employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled based on business needs.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.61 - $19.51 and is tip eligible.

Benefits are per the union agreement.

This position will remain open until August 15, 2025.

About the Venue

Allegiant Stadium is a technologically-advanced stadium that is home to the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and sporting events.

Responsibilities

1. Stock products for the bar, including nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages, icing wells, and move kegs in and out of coolers, tap kegs.
2. Draft beer, pour wine, and run supplies for bartenders, such as fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers.
3. Ensure equipment is operational and clean before events.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas, including mopping floors, cleaning mats, emptying trash, and keeping areas clutter-free. The VIP levels require the highest standards of cleanliness.
5. Recognize guests who are visibly intoxicated and alert bartenders accordingly.
6. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
7. Demonstrate excellent attendance.

Qualifications

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
2. Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
3. Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit, if required.
4. Basic math skills for inventory management.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Experience in high-volume bar service preferred.
7. Valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness, or equivalent.
