Job Summary

This role involves preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Setting up and stocking the bar with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintaining and preparing garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greeting guests and taking drink orders.
• Mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks following recipes.
• Checking IDs and managing guest intoxication issues.
• Handling cash, verifying charges, and recording transactions.
• Securing all beverage and cash assets.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Arranging bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washing and sterilizing stemware.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
