Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes.
• Ability to create unique drinks.
• Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent wine knowledge.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must handle cash and balance receipts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Personal hygiene and a groomed appearance.
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders from guests or servers.
• Mix drinks and cocktails to order and in compliance with standards.
• Maintain an attractive and functional bar area to support efficient service.
• Provide information on wine and make appropriate recommendations.
• Handle an assigned bank and process payments; balance receipts.
• Ensure bar is stocked and tools are available; assist with inventory as needed.
• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar and coordinate with culinary team.
• Maintain health and safety standards and keep work area clean.
