A leading company in event management is seeking a Concessions Barback to support concession operations. The role involves maintaining stock levels, assisting bartenders, and ensuring a clean work environment during events. The Concessions Barback plays a key support role in concession operations, assisting bartenders and stand leads by maintaining stock levels, keeping the work area clean and organized, and ensuring smooth service during events. This position is fast-paced and requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00.

This position will remain open until August 15, 2025.
Replenish bar and concession supplies (ice, cups, napkins, beverages, etc.) throughout the shift.
Assist bartenders with restocking liquor, beer, and other bar supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar backroom and storage spaces.
Retrieve and transport inventory between storage and service areas.
Remove trash and recycling during and after events.
Follow all food safety and alcohol handling guidelines.
Communicate any supply shortages or equipment issues to supervisors.
Support concession stand operations as directed by the manager or supervisor.
Uphold all company policies, procedures, and appearance standards
Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ in some states depending on alcohol service laws).
Previous experience in a bar, concession, or food service environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must comply with all local and state alcohol regulations.
