Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Concessions Attendant in Las Vegas. You will prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic options, while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic and team-oriented, with the ability to operate the POS, handle cash, and follow safety standards. The role supports events and parties, plates orders, and adheres to FEG presentation and service guidelines.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old or older.
• Experience in bartending or food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to obtain SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card, TAM Alcohol Awareness Card, and Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Work Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow money-handling policies.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support parties and special events by serving and assisting guests in the party room.
• Plate food orders in accordance with company presentation standards.
• Pour beer and alcoholic beverages, as well as serve non-alcoholic drinks, following FEG standards and all applicable safety regulations.

Position Summary

The Concessions Attendant plays a key role in creating a fun and welcoming experience for every guest. This position is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow all money-handling policies.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support parties and special events by serving and assisting guests in the party room
• Plate food orders in accordance with company presentation standards.
• Pour beer and alcoholic beverages, as well as serve non-alcoholic drinks, following FEG standards and all applicable safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Previous bartender or food & beverage experience preferred
• Ability to handle money, operate a POS system, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Training Card, an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card, and a Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Work Card.
