Job summary

Job Brief:

The Concessions and Attractions Attendant is responsible for operating and monitoring all outdoor attractions, and well as managing concessions sales. Whether inside or outside, these employees offer excellent customer service and answer questions about attractions, party packages, and other company products and services.

Accountability is a critical part to this position. You will be responsible for overseeing attractions while providing a fun and safe environment for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, serving customers, and providing outstanding customer service
• Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions
• Directing customers to attraction options within the facility
• Maintaining and operating outdoor attractions responsibly
• Monitoring outdoor attractions to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
• Maintaining an orderly appearance in the concessions counter area
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Serving and selling soft drinks and alcohol
• Prepping, handling, and selling food products
• Assisting with large events and birthday parties as necessary, including setup, bussing tables, and cleanup
