Position Summary
The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. They prepare and pour beverages and serve them to guests. They ensure quality of food presentation. They utilize a cash register and accept payment. They must maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$14.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Conduct cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction.
- Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.
- Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low‑stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
- Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Check guests’ ID to verify age requirement for alcoholic beverage purchase.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co‑workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
