Job summary

Aramark at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee food and alcohol service during events. You will supervise a section of concession stands and portable bars, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and quality across the service area.

The role is hourly, seasonal, and part-time, with shifts on event days; requires ServSafe/TEAM certification, ability to lift 50 lbs and stand up to 12 hours; salary ranges $23.00–$25.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe Alcohol Certification.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous food and alcohol service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and alcohol certifications.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to 1–2 warehouse teammates during shifts.
• Work with stand lead on inventory discrepancies at shift start.
• Set up stands with products and supplies for events.
• Train staff on alcohol safety, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Respond to technical, service or patron issues during events.
• Replenish food and alcohol to maintain stock levels.
• Close alcohol service at cut-off times.
• Ensure clean setups for next day’s event and report issues.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive guest relations.
• Follow Aramark safety and alcohol policies; protect assets.

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world's most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and delegating responsibilities for food and alcohol service at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This oversight includes such things as managing people, stocking to par levels, customer service, troubleshooting POS's, following alcohol and food safety protocols. You are to supervise a section of concession stands and portable bars/bottle carts. Monitoring your section for issues or product needs while walking a 200+ stair section.

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Delegates tasks to 1 or 2 Warehouse teammates throughout shift
• Works with stand lead on any inventory discrepancies at beginning of shift
• Sets up each stand with product and supplies that are needed prior and during each event
• Trains and guides staff on job duties, alcohol proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
• Responding to any technical, service or patron issues that may occur during the event
• Replenishes food and alcohol items to ensure stands are stocked to appropriate levels for service
• Shutting down alcohol service at the appropriate alcohol cut off time
• Keeping staff accountable for cleaning and setting up for next day's event before leaving for the night
• Closing stands, running reports and dealing with any inventory issues after the event is completed
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation. Also, adhering to Aramark's alcohol policies for our staff and guests.
• Ensures security of company assets

• Must be able to be on your feet for up to 12 hours
• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Previous food and alcohol service experience preferred
• Must be able to acquire food safety and alcohol certification
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrates excellent team leadership and customer service skills

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
