Job Description

The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for preparing and building food items while providing a memorable guest service experience. Adheres to established food safety, food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Courteously greet and assist all guests
• Take food orders and serve guests
• Prepare and build food items according to recipes and directions
• Store food properly following safety policies
• Set up and clean workstations
• Serve food ensuring guest satisfaction
• Replenish food items and maintain stock levels
• Maintain excellent service and a positive demeanor
• Follow safety policies including sanitation
• Secure company assets
• Operate cash register and handle payments
• Reconcile cash and inventory
• Follow alcohol policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to obtain food safety certification
• Positive guest service skills
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• May need to meet age requirements for alcohol service
• May require TIPS/TEAM or Serve Safe certification
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
