Job Summary

Summary: Provides vending products and services at a single location. Collects money from machines and makes change.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives delivery of various items, including soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries at the customer's location.
• Stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collects stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise; manages cash and refills changers.
• Records transactions electronically.
• Responsible for cash and product.
• Visits existing customers to ensure service quality.
• Prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
• Informs customers of new products or services.
• Addresses service complaints.
• Performs routine maintenance and sanitation of machines; keeps the storeroom and vending area clean.
• Sets up merchandise and promotional displays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
