Responsibilities

• Stocking and Replenishing: Manage inventory and restock bars with alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness in walk-ins and back of house/front of house areas.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure bar equipment is in good working condition and report issues.
• Compliance: Follow safety, sanitation guidelines and responsible alcohol service practices.
