Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater's East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT is seeking a Concentrator Operator 1 or 2. This role operates the concentrator plant's crushing, grinding, flotation and concentrate handling systems, and uses the DCS to monitor process performance. The position requires a solid safety record and good communication, with basic computer skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and safety record.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Prefer high school graduate with math and science background.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant crushing, grinding, flotation, and concentrate handling systems.
• Monitor and record plant performance data.
• Make process decisions using the DCS control system.
• Perform routine cleanup in mill areas as directed.
• Assist maintenance crews as needed.
