Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater LTD is seeking a skilled maintenance professional for on-site duties at East Boulder Mine, MT. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and repairs across mills, gear boxes, pumps, screens, crushers, and conveyors, with 11.5-hour shifts in a 5x4x4x5 schedule.

Candidates should have a millwright background with welding and mechanical experience, good blueprint knowledge, and a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Millwright or similar background with welding and mechanical experience.
• Housekeeping standards maintained to high level.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• General blueprint knowledge.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Understanding of and strong commitment to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mills, gear boxes, pumps, screens, crushers, and conveyors.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Work without direct supervision.
• Keep work areas clean.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job description

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs of Ball Mills and SAG Mills, gear boxes, centrifugal and vertical turbine pumps, vibrating screens, jaw crushers, cone crushers and conveyor systems.
• Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Location

East Boulder Mine - McLeod, MT

Schedule

5x4x4x5 - Straight Days

7:00am-6:30pm (11.5 hour shifts)

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Millwright or similar background with welding and mechanical experience.
