Job summary

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a COMSEC Technician (Level I) for an on-site contract at Davis Monthan AFB in Arizona.

The COMSEC Technician is responsible for maintaining the cryptographic security program for the Communications Squadron in accordance with NSA/CSS and Air Force directives. This entry-level position supports the integrity and operational readiness of all COMSEC materials, equipment, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Security+ Certification.
• 1–2 years of COMSEC experience (or more with degree).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years COMSEC experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cryptographic security program for the Communications Squadron per NSA/CSS and AF directives.
• Receive, store, distribute, account for, and destroy COMSEC materials.
• Conduct inventories of all COMSEC materials.
• Maintain accountability records.
• Process cryptographic incident reports and investigations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on cryptographic equipment.
• Coordinate with base users for key changes and equipment installs.
• Maintain COMSEC facility security standards.
• Process security clearance requirements for COMSEC access.
• Coordinate with HQ and other installations for cross-domain key distribution.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Prepare for external COMSEC inspections and assessments.
