Job summary

P-11 Security seeks a COMSEC Security Manager to support DoD SAP programs and manage COMSEC operations and training. The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and readiness for a polygraph. You will oversee secure inventories, installations, and adherence to COMSEC procedures across supported facilities.

With 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, you will lead teams, ensure compliance, and maintain controlled materials for sensitive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• 5 years related experience in security/comsec fields.
• Experience with DoD COMSEC requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure inventories of COMSEC equipment and materials.
• Install secure telephone equipment and coordinate delivery of encryption devices.
• Administer Top Secret inventory and document control for COMSEC materials.
• Conduct inventories per agency policy and report discrepancies.
• Courier classified information and maintain receipts.
• Provide security education and training on COMSEC procedures.
• Ensure AIS security requirements related to COMSEC are met.
• Ensure proper physical security accreditation for facilities.
• Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and equipment use.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members.
