Salary: $40-$55/hour

Key Responsibilities For The ComputerEase Implementation Specialist

• Lead the setup and configuration of the ComputerEase ERP system for a South Carolina business unit.
• Develop and document SOPs, workflows, and system processes.
• Configure job costing structures and WIP schedules.
• Support data migration, integration, and system validation efforts.Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate system setup and reporting.
• Provide ongoing ERP expertise and best-practice recommendations.

Qualifications For The ComputerEase Implementation Specialist

• 4-6+ years of ERP implementation, administration, or systems support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ComputerEase ERP.
• Construction accounting, job costing, or project accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or accounting background is a plus.
• Experience with Sage 300, Vista Viewpoint, or similar construction ERP systems is highly desirable.
