Job summary

Brahma Consulting Group in San Francisco is seeking a Computer Vision ML / Research Engineer to build vision systems that measure volumes from camera data in rough industrial environments.

You will own the full stack from stereo images to a trusted volume number, applying depth estimation, segmentation, and 3D geometry, with hands-on research and engineering that ships to customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of computer vision or perception ML experience.
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with OpenCV and/or Open3D.
• Understanding 3D geometry and camera calibration.
• Experience with stereo and depth estimation.
• Familiarity with point clouds and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Build vision systems to measure volumes from camera data.

The role

You'll build the vision systems that measure large piles of industrial material from camera data. The work covers the full path from raw stereo images to a volume number people can trust.

What you'll work on:

• Stereo reconstruction and depth estimation
• Segmentation and point cloud cleanup
• Ground plane estimation
• Volume calculation in rough, outdoor industrial settings

This is hands-on research and engineering. What you build ships to customers.

Must-haves
