Summary of Job Duties

The CT technologist will be responsible for providing quality diagnostic imaging for medical interpretation. Duties will include: operating CT equipment, handling patients, venipuncture, post-processing of images, patient transport, working with electronic medical records, and communication with physicians and other services. This position also includes call and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
  • HS diploma/GED PLUS Graduate of an approved Radiology program;
  • New graduate or less than one (1) year of experience;
  • Registry eligible - or registered - by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist;
  • ART license must be obtained prior to start date and CT Advanced Certification obtained within 12 months of hire;
  • Ability to follow oral instructions, read, and write
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological Sciences
  • One (1) year of CT experience
  • Advanced Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography
