Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 0 years of experience or Bachelor's with 2 years of relevant experience
• Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or CE enrollment
• Hands-on experience installing, cabling, and decommissioning lab and network equipment in rack-mounted environments
• Experience routing, terminating, troubleshooting cabling in lab/test environments
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst on classified government contracts
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain satisfaction
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of tactical IP networks, including installation and decommissioning
• Provide Layer 1 support in classified labs and assist with ServiceNow/JIRA tickets
