The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a Computer Scientist in Washington, DC, to advance secure AI-enabled applications and robust DevSecOps practices within enterprise environments.
Qualified applicants will have a CS degree or equivalent with calculus coursework and at least one year in related fields; you will design, implement, and secure AI-driven systems, manage security testing, and ensure compliance with federal standards in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.

This position is located in Government Integrated Print Services, Government Publishing Office in Washington, District of Columbia.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus. All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.
To qualify for the Computer Scientist, PG-1550-13, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the PG-12 level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in other pay systems that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position.
