Xidax in Midvale, UT is seeking Computer Repair Technicians who diagnose, fix and return client computers so customers can get back to gaming and everyday use.
You will troubleshoot both hardware and software, work primarily in-person, and communicate with clients by phone or email to resolve issues and explain solutions. Must have 2–3 years customer service and a high school diploma.

Our team performs troubleshooting and repair activities, typically associated with an end-user environment, including desktops, workstations and laptops. They diagnose, and repair a wide range of computer related hardware and software issues. Technicians also need the ability to answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients via telephone or email. The majority of this role is in repairing systems in person, so hardware knowledge, passion for computers is a must. The day to day tasks will be spent in doing in depth hardware diagnosis, fixing, replacing and repackaging to send the computer back to the user.
