Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace faulty computer components.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for reference by end users and technical staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to type at least 25 correct words per minute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a CompTIA A+ Certification.
• 4+years of experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of computer operations and common applications.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with call or work order tracking software preferred.
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to install, update, and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
