Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Data Center Operations Specialist to support the data center and critical healthcare IT systems on a day shift. The role emphasizes operations, security, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist with backups, system monitoring, and coordination of hardware installations, while ensuring uptime and adherence to procedures within IS Client Services.

The Data Center Operations Specialist supports the technology infrastructure that powers patient care, research, and business operations. This role combines technical operations, infrastructure support, project coordination, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure reliable and secure technology services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems, supports critical systems, and contributes to initiatives with a direct impact on the organization’s mission.
Compensation note: Expected starting pay range is $20.57 – $25.72 per hour. Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
