Job summary

Ateeca Inc in Washington state seeks an experienced NC programmer to create, verify and revise machine control data for multi-axis CNC machines, primarily 5-axis, and to develop setups for complex geometries.

The role requires 7+ years of NC programming for aerospace parts, with proven CATIA V5 NC programming and NC simulation using Vericut, plus strong GD&T and reading engineering drawings. Candidates will ensure fixturing and tooling decisions meet producibility and tolerances.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of NC programming experience for production machining or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience programming 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace parts (aluminum and hard metals).
• Proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation.
• Proficient in CATIA V5 NC programming.
• Proficient in NC simulation/verification tools such as Vericut.
