Job summary

Sigil Partners in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for full-time roles. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CNC machining, strong mechanical aptitude, basic blueprint-reading skills, and CNC setup/operation experience.

Siemens 840D is preferred; Fanuc controls are acceptable, with 5-axis experience a plus. New hires typically train on first shift with priority given to need; weekend and night shifts include differential pay.

Job description

We're looking for CNC Machinists for full-time positions in Nashville, TN. Candidates should have approximately 2+ years of CNC machining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, basic blueprint-reading skills, and experience with CNC setup and operation. Siemens 840D experience is highly preferred, but Fanuc and other controls are acceptable. 5-axis experience is a plus but not required. Experience machining large/long parts or aluminum is also a plus.

Shifts:

New hires typically train on first shift, then move to the shift with the greatest need. Permanent first shift is not guaranteed. Weekend shift employees work 36 hours and are paid for 45. Night shift includes a $1/hr differential.
