Job summary

ACE Partners in Houston is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing shop expanding into aerospace work. You will set up and operate CNC mills (Haas, Toyoda) and read blueprints with GD&T to produce parts to spec.

Experience with GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or Mastercam is a plus but not required. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off; growth opportunities accompany the aerospace expansion.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC mills on multiple platforms.
• Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T to mach cavity tolerances.
• Work to tight tolerances on exotic alloys and aerospace-grade materials.
• Programming editing experience is a plus, not required.

Join an AS9100/ITAR-registered Houston machine shop with a strong, established base in oil & gas exotic-metals work, now expanding into aerospace (aluminum, 15-5 PH stainless) as a growth priority. A potential new SpaceX contract is in the pipeline pending PO — a chance to get in early on a program that could define the shop's next few years, in a small-shop environment where your work has real visibility.

Key responsibilities & Requirements

• Set up and operate CNC mills (Haas, Toyoda, and other vertical/horizontal platforms), Fanuc and Matrix controls
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T, to machine parts to spec
• Work to tolerances on both oil & gas exotic alloys and aerospace-grade aluminum/stainless
• Program editing experience (GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or Mastercam) a plus, not required
