• Hiring Agency: Air Force Medical Command

The primary purpose of this position is: To provide skilled computer assistance and support in the administration of Medial Readiness Command- Alpha (MRC- Alpha) computer systems, hardware and software, and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Administers MRC-ALPHA information systems to ensure proper operation of equipment, analyze and resolve system problems, and evaluate system requirements for MRC-Alpha and assigned Medical Wings (MDWs). Serves as project officer for the life cycle management of computer systems and software in MRC-Alpha and MDWs. Provides training and assistance and ensures information security and accountability for MRC-Alpha and MDW computer equipment.

Provides information management services to include database design, data analysis, and an information cross-walk providing customers with a detailed listing of information resources to enhance medical readiness within MRC-Alpha and subordinate MDWs.
