Job summary

Vantage Consulting in Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking an Electrical Designer / CAD Drafter to join our engineering team. You will create electrical wire diagrams and 3-line diagrams, and develop CAD drawings under the supervision of engineers.

You will read and interpret electrical drawings, collaborate with engineers and project teams, and help ensure drawings are accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule. This role offers potential for professional growth and project responsibility.

Qualifications

• CAD drafting experience, preferably in an electrical or engineering environment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under engineer direction.
• Electrical/CAD/engineering education or experience preferred.
• Salary up to $70,000 per year; Unlimited PTO and 401(k) offered.
