Role Description

This full-time Computer Aided Design Drafter role is a hybrid position based in the Denver, CO area, with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The drafter will create and revise technical drawings and plan sets using CAD software, incorporating engineer redlines and design changes for civil, structural, mechanical, and related disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling drawing packages, converting sketches and PDFs to CAD, applying company and client drafting standards, and maintaining clear document control and revision tracking. The role involves collaborating with engineers and project managers, organizing project files, and supporting consistent workflows and templates across multiple projects. The drafter will be expected to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy and clarity in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools commonly used in engineering and construction environments.
• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering redlines and specifications.
