Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise and comprehensive technical drawings, 3D models, and schematics that bring conceptual ideas to life. Your expertise will support various projects across architecture, engineering, and construction, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards. Duties

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Create accurate schematics and technical documentation for construction, mechanical systems, or interior design projects.
• Utilize SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to produce realistic visualizations and animations that communicate design intent effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine designs and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare system layouts and interior design plans that integrate seamlessly with structural elements.
• Conduct revisions based on feedback and update drawings to reflect project changes promptly.
• Support the drafting process for complex system designs including mechanical systems, graphic layouts, and construction details.

Skills

• Extreme proficiency in SolidWorks. ( Min. 3 years)
• Strong understanding of drafting standards and schematic development for construction projects.
• Experience with system design principles across architecture, mechanical engineering, or interior design disciplines.
• Ability to produce detailed technical drawings for construction documentation and graphic presentations.
• Knowledge of 2D animation techniques for visual storytelling of design concepts.
• Familiarity with interior design processes and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
