Job summary

Novant Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, position patients, and obtain high-quality diagnostic images. You will work with physicians and a skilled team to ensure patient safety and comfort during CT procedures and contribute to accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have ARRT Radiography certification (CT) or CNMT, current licensure, IV credentialing, and 1 year of CT experience preferred.

• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.


• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program or ARRT/NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.


• Associate Degree, preferred.

Experience:

• One (1) year of CT experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT (RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT)) or CNMT, RT(CT) — required or obtained within 6 months of hire.


• IV credentialing, required.


• Applicable state license, required.


• Life Support Training per Novant Health policy (NH-HR-3096), required.
