Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. seeks an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mount Clemens, MI. The role requires performing CT scans with safety, coordinating patient care and managing contrast injections while traveling to assignments.

The position offers nights shifts, a non-taxed stipend if eligible, and weekly pay. Ideal candidates have 2+ years CT experience, Phillips CT equipment experience, travel history, and strong teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years CT experience.
• Must have Phillips CT equipment experience.
• Evidence of travel radiology assignment history preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required during employment.
• Strong communication, reliability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced travel setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs CT scanning procedures with proper setup and safety.
• Operates CT equipment and manages patient transfers/positioning.
• Inj ects contrast media intravenously as required and follows protocol.
• Captures and develops CT images for permanent records.
• Maintains image quality and performs daily calibration and QC per guidelines.
• Monitors patients for adverse reactions and responds to emergencies.
• Ensures proper safety standards and maintains department cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors new personnel as needed.
• Supports radiologists and other physicians during procedures.

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment i n Mount Clemens, MI.

• Nights 3/12's
• Start Date: 12/7/2026
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Location: Mount Clemens, MI
• Hourly Pay: $ 36.50
• Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 2231.50
• Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs
• EMR: Cerner
• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
• Travel Policy: Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.
• On Call Requirements: Possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and participates in all computerized tomography scanning procedures. Sets up, monitors and operates complex computerized equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Sets up and monitors computer operation of C.T. equipment per patient. Transfers and positions patients utilizing accepted standards of safety and proper lifting techniques. Applies immobilization devices as necessary.
• Provides required patient identification. Obtains vital information from patients concerning known allergies and pertinent medical history.
• Properly prepares and injects contrast media intravenously into appropriate patients as needed for examination to be performed as protocolled by Radiologist.
• Makes and develops images for permanent file of each patient. Records all studies on magnetic tape for future reference.
• Organizes daily patient schedule in cooperation with work-room technician.
• Maintains image quality following department guidelines. Daily calibration and quality control of equipment following department guidelines. Assures proper repair of equipment is performed, follows MRMC protocols for imaging procedures.
• Responsible for electronic/digital image capture, storage, transfer, and copy.
• Monitors patients for allergic reaction and takes proper action as needed. Assist with emergency medical situations including providing basic CPR.
• Provides protection to self and patients in accordance with current prescribed safety standards and regulations as set forth by Michigan Department of Public Health.
• Maintains cleanliness of working environment. Assures supplies are maintained within department inventory levels.
• Instructs new personnel as needed.
• Assists Radiologists and other physician specialists in performance of specialized radiological procedures with level of skill consistent with department standards.
• Reviews and records pertinent patient history and supportive clinical data to aid Radiologist in diagnosis of patient.
• Maintains Registry in accordance with regulatory agency requirements.
• Participates in Medical Center and/or departmental quality assessments and continuous quality improvement opportunities, goal setting, collection and evaluation of data, implementation of action plans, or related applications

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
