Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior hardware validation engineer to lead the qualification of compute platforms, shaping testing standards and tooling. You will own the most challenging areas, including first silicon and new platforms, while developing automated test harnesses to scale throughput.

You will mentor engineers, perform root-cause analyses, and cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure readiness and reliability of frontier compute infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Senior technical voice in hardware validation or systems engineering.
• Qualified early hardware, engineering samples or first-run systems, and shipped the findings.
• Built test automation others still use.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for compute qualification: methods, tooling, and standards.
• Own the hardest qualifications: first silicon, new platforms, unexplained failures.
• Build automation: test harnesses and data pipelines to multiply lab throughput.
• Represent Labs to vendors and the fleet: the technical voice on readiness.
