Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a Compute Engineering Operations Advisor to partner with the SVP of Compute Engineering, coordinating cross-functional efforts and driving organizational efficiency in a hybrid work model (2 days in the office per week).

Job Description:

HPE’s Compute Engineering team is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized professional to serve as a Compute Engineering Operations Advisor. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to the SVP of Compute Engineering, supporting strategic initiatives, communication, and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, enhance organizational processes, and help drive large-scale transformations—ensuring our engineering teams operate at peak efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic counsel and executive support to the SVP of Compute Engineering.
  • Manage high-level communications, presentations, and executive materials.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and leadership teams to align planning, budgeting, and operational activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record supporting senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple high-stakes projects.
  • Experience in organizational transformation, governance, or process optimization a plus.

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 126,000 - 239,000 in Colorado // 119,500 - 275,000 in Texas
