Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Executive Leader to establish, build, and scale a Machine Learning division for drug discovery from the ground up.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning with significant focus on drug discovery or related domains
• 3+ years of executive or senior leadership experience building and scaling technical teams
• Proven track record of translating ML research into practical applications

Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in machine learning and deep learning methodologies
• Strong background in structure-based drug design and molecular modeling
• Experience with protein structure prediction, molecular dynamics, and computational chemistry
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, R, C++) and ML frameworks
• Understanding of drug discovery pipelines and pharmaceutical development processes

Leadership Capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical organizations
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments preferred
