What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Operate machinery as needed to ensure production line efficiency.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience working with CAT, Waukesha, or Ariel compressors.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair compressor and engine systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S.
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours call-outs and overtime as needed.

Nice-to-Have

Compensation & Schedule

• Target pay rate of $60-70/hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40+ hours, with overtime and on-call duties expected.
