The Compressor Mechanic performs daily compressor operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, engine swings, and the overall upkeep of compression equipment. This position works closely with the Midstream Foreman to help ensure that compressors, separation equipment, and other facility equipment are properly maintained, operate safely, and function reliably. Work is performed primarily outdoors around natural gas compression and production facilities with regular exposure to changing weather conditions, noise, machinery, and potential other hazards of oil and gas operations.
