Job summary

Brookston Energy, Inc. seeks two Compressor Mechanics, one entry-level and one with five or more years of experience, to support outdoor compressor operations in the Tyler–Jacksonville area. The roles involve preventive maintenance, repairs, engine swings, and overall upkeep of compression equipment alongside the Midstream Foreman.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining natural gas compressors is required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is mandatory.
• Must live within 30 miles of a Field Office (Logansport, LA or Waskom, TX) or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compressors daily to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform repairs and assist with routine maintenance and major compressor work.
• Generate daily reports to track compressor performance and runtime.
• Monitor oil and coolant levels and order replenishment as needed.
• Report parts and supplies used during maintenance to support inventory.
