Training is provided on 1st shift (Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm) for a few weeks, with a transition to 3rd shift. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and growth into a long-term position, with weekly pay and healthcare coverages available.

Job description

A local manufacturing company is hiring for production line workers! This is hands-on, steady work for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role.

Work areas include compression molding, curing tables, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operations, foam-in-place, water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers.

Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.

Training required on 1st shift (Monday to Friday - 7am-3:30pm) for a few weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently
