Job summary

Pattons, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to deliver high quality service on compressed air equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration, with responsibility for installation, repair, and routine maintenance.

You will diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and advise customers on needs and repairs, coordinating with Parts and Sales to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MV record.
• 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities.
• Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers.
• Other tasks as needed or assigned.
