Job summary

Tri-County Eye Clinic and Popp's Ferry Out Patient Surgery Center (PFOPSC) on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our 100% physician-owned practice.

Offering turnkey practice with immediate patient base, surgical autonomy, and a transparent path to ownership, this role combines clinical leadership with advanced ocular surgery in a balanced, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required).
  • Successful completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABO; Mississippi licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care including cataract and anterior segment procedures.
  • Perform surgeries at the ambulatory surgery center (PFOPSC) with modern ophthalmic equipment.
  • Collaborate with a physician-owned practice to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to growth with a clear path to ownership/partnership.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Licensure: Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Mississippi.
  • Skills: Strong surgical competence in comprehensive cataract surgery and anterior segment procedures; excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
