Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join an established eye program in a thriving regional market. You will assume the patient panel of retiring physicians and can incorporate a subspecialty interest into up to 30% of your practice.

Refractive surgery is optional and supported by leadership. This position features a guaranteed compensation range of $800,000 to $1,000,000+ with partnership opportunities and potential surgery center ownership.

• Practice comprehensive Ophthalmology with Cataract Surgery or incorporate a subspecialty interest into up to 30% of your practice
• State-of-the-art free-standing Eye Center with an adjacent surgery center
• Step into an existing patient base with immediate volume supported by a dominant regional referral network and more than 30,000 diabetic patients within the system.
