Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• 1-5 years experience performing cataract surgery preferred.
• Proficiency with premium lens technology and refractive cataract techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop a busy comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery practice within an established patient and referral network.
• Perform cataract surgery using contemporary techniques and a broad portfolio of premium IOL technologies.
• Work with experienced ophthalmologists and a trained clinical team from evaluation through postoperative care.
• Collaborate with surgical counselors to educate patients and coordinate their surgical experience.
• Operate in an ambulatory surgery center adjacent to the Mesa practice.
• Contribute to ongoing growth and clinical development of the Arizona eye care organization.
