Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Ohio to oversee and grow non-sterile compounding capabilities. You will serve as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments, with a focus on quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes accurate compounding, adherence to USP guidelines, and building strong cross-functional collaboration within a health and wellness platform.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active Ohio CPT license.
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
  • Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
  • Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
  • Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
  • Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
  • Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
  • Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
  • Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.
