Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of ISO 5/7 cleanroom gowning
• Basic math skills and metric conversions
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) knowledge
• Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license preferred
• State Pharmacy Technician registration preferred
• Media fill qualifications completion (3 successful)

Responsibilities

• Compounds sterile preparations per work instructions under supervision
• Assists in cleaning and maintenance of the work environment
• Operates compounding equipment according to policy
• Prepares area and materials prior to compounding
• Maintains documentation and batch records accurately
• Drives productivity while adhering to guidelines
• Follows 503B, cGMP and company standards
