Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 5/7 cleanroom gowning and GMPs.
• Licensed as Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred; state registration preferred; pass media-fill qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Compound sterile preparations under pharmacist supervision.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and batch records.
• Maintain clean room and garbing policies.
• Operate compounding equipment per procedures and training.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; meet production goals.
• Notify supervision of deviations and attend to duties as assigned.
