A local pharmacy in Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist in compounding medication. This role offers comprehensive training, making prior compounding experience unnecessary. The ideal candidate will hold a California technician license and have retail pharmacy experience. A competitive hourly wage of $25.00 to $30.00 is offered, along with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday in an in-person setting.

Rancho Park Compounding Pharmacy has an immediate opening for a compounding Pharmacy Technician. We are looking for a bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who likes to learn and grow in the field of compounding.

Compounding experience is not required. All training will be provided.

Ideal candidates have a California technician License in good standing, have at least one year of experience as a Pharmacy technician in a retail or compounding setting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing compounded medication under the supervision of a compounding pharmacist
• Maintaining the environmental monitoring and a cleanroom space.
• Packaging and labeling medications
• Ability to follow the standard operating procedures and USP standards provided by the mentors during the training period

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depends on experience

Schedule: 8 hour shifts Monday through Fridays
