Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join a high-touch team and work in a sterile compounding suite. You will handle sterile and non-sterile preparations, complete documentation per USP regulations, and maintain the compounding environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience with compounding, and PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience with compounding preferred.
• PTCB certificate.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 797/800 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding functions in ISO 5 environment per USP 797/800.
• Clean and disinfect clean room, ante rooms, hood and equipment.
• Distribute workload and shift resources as needed.
• Operate production equipment and monitor labels, printers and supplies.
• Inform teams of equipment malfunctions and coordinate with supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
